For Hopeful Video-Game Designers

Kim Swift, one of the developers of Portal - the best game of 2007 - speaks on the evolution of Portal from the game her college development team began, Narbacular Drop. There's some advice in there for amateur video game designers, and since I suspect that all five people that read my blog are pretty big geeks, I figure that maybe one of you would enjoy it.
